In addition to our normal volume of daytime runs, the department also responded to the following runs on Wednesday afternoon.
At 1559 hours, Ambulance 58B-1 was dispatched to 22 North French Ave. for an injured male. Responding EMS personnel found a male patient in the rear yard, at the call address, suffering from a serious leg injury as the result of a trampoline accident. Patient was stabilized, removed from the trampoline and transported by 58B-1, with Greenburgh ALS onboard, to Westchester Medical Center for treatment his injury.
At 1829 hours, Engine 137 and Ladder 55 were dispatched to a car fire on Grasslands Road at Clearbrook Road. Responding units found a fully involved car fire which was quickly extinguished with one 2 inch Class A foam line.
